Our sub-contractors certainly give us a volume discount pricing and we even have full time employees performing some of the work. Since we are purchasing everything at cost vs. retail stores we can add a fair markup on our products and services and still be less than hiring a typical sub-contractor. We typically will save the average home owner money, and finish the project quicker and provide a higher quality finished product than those who do the projects on their own.
